Desktop Object "jumps" its Fence

Started with auto-layout, then customized

Hey guys,

Running WinXP Pro SP3, multi-user, fast user switching disabled. AMD64 machine (x86 compatibility mode) dual core with 4GB.

So... the problem I have is intermittent. I haven't determined the exact "trigger", but the result is always the same. Every now and then, the My Network Places icon jumps out of the Quick Links fence and onto the desktop. No matter how many times I drag it back in, it finds its way back out some time later... it's like a misbehavin' dog!

I run a home networking environment with a Linksys router, connected with 1 other WinXP Pro SP3 machine. I don't rely on the networking much at all in day-to-day operations, so it's not terribly critical... just annoying.

I found the debug info, but it was created just a moment after I put the errant icon back in its fence. Should I generate another after it jumps out and get that to you instead?

Thanks for any help you can offer.
