If it's because your too busy updating the website, I'd totally understand ------ especially if you gave us another sneek peakof what's up and coming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Just throwing it out there........... 

I think Cavan described best what the current site state and priorities are at this time MsKaren.

This is the part where members must show patience and restraint.

on the pack is still all to Vivid in our memories !never again will we make such a stand for "shooters" rights !  

... I'm still reading the post Cplair mentioned in reply #26 - and I still don't know who the rat pack is, I'm on page 3 so far!!! But I've learned that our posts have the same name and that one simple question raised alot a'ruckus. And so far, no answer yet - at least for 2007. Back to reading...

.... Not as a pack but as faithful and longtime WC members and "shooters" who like the "SSOTD" and feel so honored when we make it i.e. by recent posts from Dale " the Thug Jr. " and 

others - if it could be saved and shown more attention - we would be very gratefull - thank you WC for your on going efforts ..

You know as I look at your article on comment #35 and thinking what the Pack was really about, we really weren't the bad guys here.

Considering that most folks at that time were kinda tredging through a lifeless site like they were visiting a cemetery.

Did the Pack over-do it?  To the guys that manage and run the site, yes we did go over-board with the FUN thing.

What some failed to see was the enormous amount of the World Class Skinners, Artists and Designers who were honorary Rat Pack members.  They ran with us because they wanted to have some FUN for a change too.  I refuse to mention these fantastic people's names, but when the Pack was ultimately insulted, so were they.

We all learned, grew up some and went on.  Unfortunately, quite a few avid long time members / subscribers / supporters walked away from here and never came back because of this too.  

I know this because I was the one who was getting all the F*** this place e-mails from them.

The FUN never stopped here for me or Az though, because of the folks who come together with a common interest, just like this one.

You all are the reason why I have faith here.

I started up this post cause I was just wondering why the SSTD wasn't changing, and I was hoping to find out that it was because staff is busy with the upcoming changes and would maybe honour us again with another sneak peak.

But I see now that this subject has been a sore point in the past. Didn't mean to dredge up bad vibes, but with all the positive suggestions that were posted in cplair's post -  https://forums.wincustomize.com/150797/page/5/#2110346, I'm surprised that a year later, nothing's changed. 

Featuring skins and screenshots is currently down.  These are things that will most likely not be addressed as resources are now in full swing for the new WC.

Well, I'm glad that you now understand that all of this has transpired for the very same reason MsKaren.

You were warned very early that this topic could possibly stir mixed emotions, don't you agree?

But, you had the right to ask what you did and also the right to see why this is historically touchy in the first place.

I mean to me it was like "hey, can I move in next door to you and sell dope to your kids?"  That's how I was feeling.

And it's also why now I can honestly look you in the eye, as you ask the same thing I asked now a few years ago, and ask for you to please just be patient.

And I hate to throw this at you like this Karen, but if you can't trust anyone else in this entire site, you know you can trust me.

Believe me, these guys do listen to us.  They will indeed get to it, just not as fast as we may want sometimes.
