Posting a dock icon

After 2 years of asking people for their stuff, I finally want to contribute. I want to upload a dock icon I made and it asks me about a .dockzip file, what is that and where do i get it. Please help

Thank you all for your help, I uploaded my first 2 dock icons (Nvidia) last week
