HELP - Vista Ultimate deskskapes wont work

my dilemma;
i have vista ultimate with wicked computer spex and the updated drivers for vista ultimate, but when i download deskscapes it keeps telling me to buy it, but i though if you have vista ultimate you get it free?? wats goin on here?

Microsoft DreamScenes is available free for Vista Ultimate users as an added bonus feature. DeskScapes is the Stardock equivalent that runs enhanced dreams.
Deskcapes free comes with a handful of dreams to let you find out whether it will run ok on your system. In order to get additional dreams you will need to purchase the full version, which is definitely worth it.

Version 1.02 is free for Ultimate users, it's only the 2.x version that you have to pay for (for other versions of Vista and XP).

There's an updated version [I think] available to Vista Ultimate users, not sure it's free though
