Purchased a skin but no wincustomize downloads?

Purchased a skin tonight but still cant download anything from wincustomize

Need more information like was it a MyColors Skin, a Master Skin?

I do not think that purchasing a premium skin will unlock/reset the download cap you have as a past customer.

Yup, if you're a recent Stardock customer, you get to download more free content at WinCustomize.  The key is making sure you log into WinCustomize with your Stardock.net account whenever you visit.  Also, your Stardock.net account should be associated with the email address you used to order something from us.
