Created in PS Elements 5 loosley based from a tutorial on N-sane Art. Great Halloween wall. Goes great with Gloss Burgandy WB and RC skins.

Thank you Kitty, 2of3, Pixeleo and Thuglifejunior. Don't know why it was PP'd. (Don't really care) I figured it was kinda halloweeny so I had better promote it before the end of the month. 
I have no real artistic ability but I can work those PS filters until I get a cool image!

Yeah, you can get some wicked effects using photoshop. Still not prepared to upgrade to cs4 yet though. Although it does have alot of cool new features.
