Object Dock Icon "ASPX" - How To Download?

I'm trying to download a PNG icon ("7Zip") for ObjectDock. When I click on the download link (using firefox), rather than starting the download, a web page opens with the actual image shown. If I right-click on it and select "save image as" it creates a file named "download.aspx". If I try in download in IE7, again a page opens with the image displayed but this time it's associated with some sort of QuickTime Plugin. Can anyone explain what's happening?

There seems to be an issue with the download link to the 7Zip icon and the file has been removed. Sorry for any inconvenience.
