I apologize for the quality of this screenshot, it was from a YouTube video. I've really been wanting to find whatever was used in the video as far as appearance-wise.

The folder icon looks like something from Jonas Rask.

The icons on the top right are AveDesk, which is a desktop enhancer that puts interactive icons, widgets, etc on your desktop.
To read more about Avedesk, go to this page of the WC WIKI
Once, you've set it up, read thebasics.
P.S: The first hard drive icon in AveDesk [top right] is the standard Mac HD icon which you can find at deviantArt or here. Just search around.
Also, those two icons on the top left corner are the standard icons for the apps. The top is uTorrent, and underneath is something barely visible
No idea what WindowBlinds skin that is, sorry.
For more information, I think you should ask the person who made the video, he/she may be able to help you
