Default language

I am using a french keyboard, which implies french language on a english vista install. CursorFX therefore starts up in French.
However this is not my native language. The only way i found is to copy my language into the 1036 subfolder of the language directory.
I'd prefer just a simple dialog box in the setup to choose my language.
