Looking for some icons.

I've been searching a few sites looking for some Resident Evil Icons, maybe someone here could help direct me. I found these http://nightwingdragon.deviantart.com/art/Resident-evil-4-Icon-Tweaker-69550422 and d/l them, but I believe they are for Icon Tweaker, and I am not familiar with how to use them. I do not have Icon tweaker, I really just want a set of icons like these. Any help is appreciated. Thanx.

download the version that has ico and png icons instead~
