croping dreams?

i myself do not run at that high resolotin only 1280x1024, so i have download this relly good locking dream in 1080p. it makes my cpu usage go straight through the roof, my question is are there any program that can crop dreams to an smaller resolotion?

You could try asking the author for a 720p version if they have that.
