Well, I have been running aversion of object dock plus from 2004. I really never thought about alater version until now. I found out there is a later version, and since I payed for my object dock plus, can I get a free upgrade to the latest version of object dock plus? Please reply with detailed answers.

There isn't an update yet for Object Dock that would require another purchase of it. Like Milksama said just give us as much info as you can and we will track down the purchase for you. There is some debate if the next 2.0 will be a big update that would require another purchase going on right now, but for the moment you are in the clear!
