Invisible Icons?!?
Where have all the icons gone?

After downloading iconpackager 3.2 (very impressed) however, I attempted to download packages from wincustomize.com onto my program. Upon dl completion I realized the file was on iconpackager but the icon pics did not appear, also, attempts to load the icon package resulted in an error. BTW what does that hazard triangle really mean? I have tried to refresh icon packages, and all tool applications, to no avail.
I have also tried to apply different icon file formats to iconpackager, but didnt work either (

Has anyone witnessed this depressing occurance. 
And the iconpackager tutorial and help does not seem to apply to this situation...
