System tray - running processes and minimized windows

Hi,
I've just bought ObjectDock Plus and have some questions regarding the system tray:
- I was able to put system tray running processes onto the "general main" dock. Unfortunately if running system prcesses appear, have low quality images - like McAfee, Outlook icons. This looks very bad... I tried to put McAfee and other running processes separately to my dock. The icons became high quality sharp icons (like Outlook). So I don't understand this. How can I switch the low resolution images of the system tray running processes icons to high quality?
- I set up in the Dock Contents option: "Display system tray icons along with my icons", which means, the running processes are shown on the dock, but the running applications that are minimized, not. If I switch to "Display open windows along with my icons - Types of windows to show All Windows", the system tray running processes will disappear, only the minimized windows with the standard icons are shown.
- I cannot put system tray running processes to the tabbed dock. I tried to create a new tabbed dock, but there was no other solution for this. Is it unavailable for tabbed dock to show the running system processes?
I am using an Asus laptop with XP Pro SP2 latest updates and administrator rights (only one user).
