Can't upload new skins

Hello.
Whenever I submit/upload a new skin, the page hangs here:

I tried on both IE7 and FF but same error. 
Any help is much appreciated.

OK I uploaded my skin using: https://www.wincustomize.com/upload.aspx (NOT http://upload.wincustomize.com/ or https://www.wincustomize.com/upload2.aspx)
And the file has been sent correctly.
Is this OK?
