Q: Do You Use Taskbar QuickLaunch?

A little research...

If so, how many shortcuts do you currently have and how many of those do you really use frequently?

I'm a real recent convert to ObjectDock Plus. I used to have atleast 30 programs in my Taskbar QuickLaunch. I now use a tabbed dock with five tabs which includes my system tray.

Never. What ever is in the folder has been added there since I last cleaned it out.

Kind of use as a check point for app's that like to add things without my knowledge.

I have 22 shortcuts on my quick launch, but I also use object dock plus. I am so used to the quick launch bar that i am reluctant get rid of it since objectdock plus crashes a lot.

So, it's about 50/50 between not using it at all and using at max 30 shortcuts. I have about 20 shortcuts and use roughly 9 of them everyday.

I only ask because I am going to include the quick launch in the DX theme I am workin on. It takes up to 30 shortcuts but I began to wonder if anyone uses it all that much. I think I'll keep it; the user has the option of whether or not they want to use it.

Thanks for all the replies.

I have 10 items on my quicklaunch. Use them all. Never ever have icons on the desktop, haven't done for years.

Nope. My taskbar is completely hidden with OD+ filling in all the gaps.
