Windows XP 64 Support

I am grateful that SD released WB6 and SKS6 for a platform that is not supported by even its creator!

Mostly true when you run 32 bit applications on 64 bit. But anything natively written for 64 bit (mostly drivers) runs faster on XP 64. 64 bit edition of IE runs smoother than the 32 bit IE which is the default on XP 64 (

Ditto! Thank you Stardock!
XPx64 is considered a beta and I continue to support MS by delivering error messages if they happen to come up. Sadly, MS does not even support IE7x64 for LiveUpdate. It has always wanted me to switch to IEx32.
I think this is interesting since after the Server 2008 release there won't be anymore x32 releases, according to press.

Just upgraded my ObjectDesktop. Happily DL'ing/installing all the goodies...except for a few that are "Vista" only. Not a problem...except that the 'link' for WindowBlinds says something to the effect of "We don't like your OS, so no, you can't install this."
Ok, what about a version of WB that *does* support Xp64? Last I heard it was 5.51, but I see from above that some updated version of 6 is supported (or at least in beta). Where can I get the WindowBlinds part of my ObjectDesktop upgrade? I don't have to have all the shinny bells and whistles for it (re: v6)...I just want a full working version for XP64. Where do I go?

I am using xp64 bit, I also have Vista 64 bit. I can't seem to get LS to work on either OS. I have made sure using the welcome screen is on. I have tried OS theme and classic windows. When I hit apply, or log off/restart it still gives me the default theme. I have tried the three themes that came with LS as well as downloading another, still nothing. any idea how to get it running?, I would prefer XP64.
