Please Help. Very Frustrated.

Hey guys,
If anyone can help me, I would REALLY appreciate it. I have window blinds version 5.5. And for some reason, no matter what theme I select, it just applies the "windows classic" theme. I don't know why this is happening but it is very frustrating. If anyone knows how to fix this. Please help. Thanks in advance.

people downloading windowsblinds etc, from a web site called *edited [moderator], & *edited [moderator];if you want the software, BUY IT, i am sick of leaches
