Themes for Windows XP

Hi!!

I download two files of themes for Windows XP:

1) The Easeo of Elegance.Dxtheme
2) Secret BB.desktop

But I don't know if any tool need to install them in Windows XP, Can somebody help me?

You'll need DesktopX.

Hi simply you'll need desktopX by Stardock to load those themes
