Subscriber Resources - 40 File Not Found

Hi.

I'm trying to download the RIP suite but keep getting a 404 Error message?

There appears to be a server issue which has been reported. May not be fixed until Monday (tomorrow). Thanks for your patience.

I am sorry to ask, but Wincustomize is a big site.  Where exactly were you clicking on the R.I.P. Suite?  We just tried from the Subscriber Resources link on the home page, but it is working for us.  Can you please let me know?  Thanks for your patience.
