need help with making an animated icon for AndreasV animated shortcut docklet

I have two .png files. One is the City Of Heroes MMO logo, the other is the City Of Villains MMO logo. I wish to enlist the assistance of a skilled person who can help me to use them to make an animated icon for AndreasV's animated shortcut docklet. The effect is simple, i wish to have one fade into the other. Ive tried to come up with a way to do this myself but its becoming difficult. I was hoping someone would take some time to give me a hand. I give you full permission to post it as your own work. I just need it for personal use.

Below are links to these two image files.

I wish to have the CoH logo fade/morph into the CoV logo and end with the CoV logo fully shown.

Feel free to be as creative as you wish with the animation.

Please post here if when and if u make one and link me to the place the file is hosted.

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.
