Dynamic Wallpaper problem
None of them will load

I have tried to get the "Ovals", "Shapes" and "Bouncing Box Sample" dynamic dreams to work with no luck. The dreams never load, the icons on my desktop will flicker a bit but the background never actually changes and the "Dynamic wallpaper settings" link does nothing. "Performance settings" does work and i've tried changing it to each of the different settings and then clicking dynamic wallpaper settings with no effect. All of the non-dynamic animated wallpapers i've tried work just fine.
My system

Opteron 165
2GB RAM
DFI NF4 MB
ATI 1900XT(Catalyst 7.4)
Things I've tried to fix this
---------------
1.)Reinstalled video drivers
2.)Tried previous versions of video drivers
3.)Uninstalled and reinstalled Deskscapes
4.)Unistalled Deskscapes and Dreamscene and reinstalled
5.)Tried various video resolutions
6.)Disabled NOD32 A/V
Any ideas?
