Theme "Star Ratings" issue...

For some reason, and I checked with IE/FF...the star rating system will not allow me to rate themes. All I get is "Sorry, there was a problem when..."

I have noted the issue and forwarded it on. We'll be hiding the rating option for people under Apprentice, or non-subscribers (or improving the error message). Good catch.
