I signed up and now I am still being capped on how much I can download from here. What a rip off and scham just to get my e-mail adress so you can now send me spam. Bunch of crooks. I will report this... There are so many sites with Free objects why the hell would I pay you? Crooks.
From now on I will only used pirated versions of this software, you will never see another penny from me again. Never!! Also I will tell others where to get it for free.

I paid for my WB program and i get no problems.. Why don't you just contact a mod or admin and tell them about you're situation BE FOR shooting off at the mouth. These guys are not "Crooks" as you put it, but they have to make a living too so this site can continue to grow.. Dude, seriously CONTACT them and tell them whats going on, because I'm having no problem with my windows blind thing and it's working just fine for me

oh... Well.. Ok cool i guess.. I wanted him to read this too because the only way he is hurting is by pirating the software.. such a pitty.. the only thing i pirate is music... im DIRT POOR! lol that 20$ was the last i had on my card.. now i gotta wait 3 weeks just to get 900$ back in my account then again i need to use that mojney for food and supplies ugh!! money makes the world go around

I agree with Brad that a lot of russian people use illegal software. But this problem exists not only in Russia. For example one of the bigest site with hacked software you can find in Germany (the first illegal copy of DesktopX 3.1 Enterprise appeared exactly in this place)...
I'm not from Russia. I live in Ukraine by the way. I have bought Wincustomize Subscription and a lot of Stardock products. I don't do nothing unlawful here and don't use illegal software. As well as I hate pirates not less than all of you. Is there any reasons to ban my IP?

But considering that Brad has not done this is just maybe a way of venting?...

Yeah... May tell you that I'm not a hacker. However I know a several ways to get US or Canadian IP-address and use it to come here (this service costs ~ $50 single). So the total IP banning can't solve the problem with some idiots...
I think that it will be wholly enough if all of us who love this place will show to such people how we despise them and offer to go away quickly... (I know that this is Family site so I don't use more power words).

Im sure as easily as they can exclude an entire country they can also include IP's too.

Vad, don't even consider for a moment that you would ever be in disfavor here. Congratulations on Journeyman status! Ukraine must be a special place, from what I have heard and seen. vStyler: I think you missed Vad_M's point, which is that the real bad guys can readily circumvent any IP-banning that WC would apply to an entire country; therefore, doing such a blanket ban would only hurt legitimate users like Vad_M, who could (if he chose) use an expensive workaround. However, I agree with MySecret--I don't think Frogboy was actually serious about banning all Russian IP addresses: (see the winky smile)
I've been thinking of banning all of Russia from the site.

Well, Warreni, I know the entity he is at least partially reffering to.. they had all of Stardock's, Lightstar's, Vad's and MY pay themes posted and are desperately trying to get the word out to everyone here at WC that they do so.. spamming the boards for hours on end etc etc..
Maybe he was kidding, maybe he wasnt. It is a harsh measure I agree but who knows.. all I know is it is a problem and hopefully there is a solution.

The glitches happened to me as well when I was logged it. It must have been a glitch in the system. Bad timing I guest for the other guy.
