I was just curious 
I'm on dial up - my browser (Ff or IE or Opera) doesn't open until a min or 2 after my accelerator kicks in (which is a min or 2 after my dial up goes through - which takes a min or 2 itself) - so I got what you talking about on a daily basis no matter what.
