HELP rainledar

HAY i'm new in rainledar and i'm trying to customize it but i download it and unzip and there is no icon or something to install...please help me

do you have rainlendar the program installed
the skins from here just get unzipped and placed in C:\Program Files\Rainlendar\Skins
