Mod windows explorer??

Hi,
I have been looked around for some time now, and i havent found any kind of Mod for windows explorer that do what i need.
When you open windows explorer you will have in your left panel <>.
There is any way to add more folder in <> or add more taks in <>?
When you open dialogue <> you will have on you left somes icons <> i would like to add more options, is that possible?
