Forums Update Post
Details on updates, as I have time to list them...

I'm going to use this post as a means to let everyone know what has changed between updates to the forums. If you're into tracking this kind of thing, each time the forums are updated, the build number at the bottom changes. That number will correspond with each reply in this post.
This post will be locked in order to keep it on track. Please feel free to post questions or comments in the Site Issues forum.
So to start things off...
v1.0.2592.16349
- Updated the bbcode parsing routine. Better regular expressions being used. Should negate bad bbcode tag sets and missing closing tags.
- Added a moderator list section to the bottom of posts pages and forum list pages. Email link next to moderator names.
- Added Captcha to email form. Should improve reliability.
- Started private testing of new private messaging system. Improved visuals for notification, ect. (Please dont ask to help test this just yet)
- Slight speed increase with improved caching. Extensive profiling done with regard to database access.
- Quote blocks moved to <div> tag format. New style applied. New quote parsing routine implemented. This will be migrated to other websites. However, some of the older websites will still use the old style quoting for some time. Migration to the new style on non-forum, non-wincustomize websites will be slow.
- My Replies page updated. Removed Category column in favor of showing the date the post was last replied to.
- Various visual tweaks courtesy Dark-Star.

- Added the reply and post rating buttons/dialogs. (These were part of the old Joeuser forums and have been reimplemented accross all Stardock Forums)
- Added a report button/link and dialog. Used for reporting 'naughty' content in posts or replies.
- Fixed a bug with the bbcode parsing. Floating [x] with not closing bbcode tag will not muckup bbcode markup.
- IntelliTXT update.

- Added initial phase of codeblock parsing.
- Fixed forums.galciv2.com anonymous reply info page.
- Certain forums were having an issue with the top paging bar overlapping.
- Performance enhancements.

Things got kind of nuts around here for a few weeks, so a few updates were made without a follow up post here. I'll attempt to summarize.
- Private Messaging enabled for all users.
- Settings added in 'My Account' for enabling and disabling Private Messaging and the Email User feature. By default, New Private Messages are enabled and Email User feature is disabled. Users who wish to allow other users to email them will need to go to My Account and enable that feature.
- Slidemenus removed and replaced with new drop down menus.
- Editor upgraded.
- 'code block' button added for inserting formatted/colorized code blocks into posts and replies.
- Css restructured. Should take care of most, if not all, visual inconsistancies.
There's certainly more detail, but that's the gist of the last couple updates.

- Fixed a nifty bug with the [code] block syntax highlighting when using "css" as the language option, that prevented a page from loading. (credit; BebiBulma, Jafo)
- Minor layout updates.
