How is this possible?

I have an Icon Pack in moderation....yet it has comments on it from non-moderators and they were also able to rate it, but not download it. How is this visible to them? I dont mind that they can access it, i'm just curious how?

Of course i dont mind my Secret, i really appreciate you taking the time to rate and comment
But even before i posted that link on "What are you working on?" Dragonmage was able to view it and comment on it (which i also didnt mind), i just didnt know it was possible for someone to view a skin in moderation unless they're a moderator...no big deal... as i said, just curious.

Undocumented feature... I think I emailed [email protected] about it.  Might want to send a follow-up email to them about it...

I have send a email at jafo about this this week... when a friend (blackshaggy) have commented a skin in awaiting moderation.
