Is there any way to put a new theme on Windows XP home without using an outside program? (ie: desktopX, WB) Just Wondering.

You can find Visual Style (like Microsoft staff) In deviantart.com , CrystalXP.net.
But is not easy to install like WindowsBlinds.
You should download the file and install it in C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes folder.
After just choose the visual style you would like apply to WinXP in Display properties
(Right click one Desktop)
But caution in this way if the visual style not run or more.
It's more easier to install WB and use it.
