LogonXP Problem

Hi everyone,
I just downloaded the LogonStudio and installed it. Everything works like a charm but when I hit apply for the new logon screen to change, it still shows me the original Windows one. I re-started it to see if it will change, nope, it still is the good old windows one. I tried this both on my work computer and my personal laptop.
Anyone had this problem before???
Any help would be appreciated.
