IE7 & WB5.0 (Specific Question)

Greetings,
Quick question: does WB5.0 actually skin the *tabs and all other buttons with IE7?
Just installed the final of IE7, and rather like it, but WB4.6 (which I like better for various reasons) doesn't skin it correctly.
I have WB5.0, but if it's not going to skin the tabs, or most of the buttons, it's rather pointless to use.
Info would be greatly appreciated.

You're kidding me...
I've seen a few people state that WB5+ works fine with IE7, so I assume now that they're just refering to the rest of the browser and OS, but nothing else?
That's such a waste, truly.

WB5 will skin the titlebar and the scrollbars, but the tabs and toolbar buttons are skinned by IE7. Blame Microsoft. 
(I'm sure if any of this is incorrect someone will come along to rectify that.)

Oh, I certainly do blame M$, not the skinners.
It's just such a shame, because there are some beautiful WB skins I truly enjoy using, but to have everything skinned except the majority of the browser would just look horrible.
Extremely aggravating, considering I hate looking at everything just flat after years of using WB, but prefer tabbed browsing and prefer IE7 over 6, and am tired of using FF.

On XP those tabs are unskinnable as Microsoft hardcoded them.
On Vista those tabs can be skinned, but it is a new section in the skin so no skins currently have support for it.
I would not consider the tabs to be the majority of the browser though. It is a small piece of the UI.
