I've just recently downloaded OB, and I think its fine.
There is one problem though. How can I have several docks, not only one on the top/bottom?

Object Bar or Object Dock?
Object Bar - create one
Object Dock Plus - see reply #1
Object Dock Free - you get one dock

Object bar:
Right click on dock and choose "Theme Editor"
File | New | Create bar
