Good day, this is Agent Smith, a.k.a. Mad Dick Claus. I'm looking for somebody to custom make me a high quality suite for my PC. I was wondering if anyone is bored enough or interested enough to do so.
Even though I'd love it to be free and everyone to have it (Keep it Open Source and given out on WinCustomize), not everyone will want to do it for free. So any takers who need a, ahem... Donation, I'll negotiate a fee in which I'll send through PayPal upon completion. (Send a screenshot of the finished product as proof, mail the suite out on CD after payment is received).
The job is Operation: SkyNet. A high tech, super computer style OS, inspired by "The Terminator" movies. I need a complete suite including WindowBlinds, Icons, Wallpaper, Logon Screen, BootSkin, SysMetrix (Clock, Drives, Email Light, Mem, CPU, and button activated window for the weather). I'd also like a professional sound theme, in which the startup sound must be the clip from T3 "SkyNet is now online."
I will give complete details on what I'm looking for, once an interested party emails me at [email protected], and last, Authors keep the credit for their works, and the only mention I want, if I pay is "Operation: SkyNet - Founded by Agent Smith".

God, it took someone long enough to respond to this.
I've had that $200 joke up, it feels like, forever.
Seriously, I've had people offer me $20 to make them a WB before, which I laughed off.
I was curious what this person thinks that all this work, is worth.
Anything less than a couple grand ($2000), is just plain desperate.
And to me, that's cheap.
