Start Menu

Could someone tell me how to change my start menu so just the right side of the menu shows?  I have uploaded a screen shot, I basicly want to know if there is a way to get rid of the left side of the start menu (but still leave the All Programs button).  Also is there a way I can make the start menu icons bigger?

Right click on start button, Properties, click customize button, general tab, set number of programs to 0, click OK then apply. Then open start menu and right click on anything still there and unpin or remove from list.
