I am very new at this so my question may sound obvious.  When i try to download an icon for my object bar my computer (firefox) will ask me with what program should firefox open with.  It gives me two options, windows explorer (default) Or other.  Do i open with object bar program? If so, how?

I just save them first.
If they come zipped, then I unzip them and put them where I want them.

got a link to a specific one in question?

I downloaded the icon and saved it. I guess the question is how do i transfer does icon to the object bar? Or at least where the object bar can see what i downloaded?

extract the contents first.



then tell me what's inside - I'm guessing .pngs

when i go to file on the top and click on it gives me a few options. One being create self extract, extract, properties etc.

Click on extract and then do so.

when i click on extract it prompts me to another screen with a few different options. My documents, My pics, etc. There is a button at the bottom of this screen, when i push extract nothing happens.

Bichur are you still online? I did exacly what you stated before. I unzipped the file and extracted it. I now have the image like you displayed, what do i do next? How do i get the image to my objectDock?

another folder? or pngs? or icons?

object dock uses .ico or .png
if you have a shorcut you want to change the pic on, right click on the shortcut > dock entry properties > change image = browse to what you downloaded

object bar uses .ico or .bmp - right click on one, browse, browse to what you downloaded
