How do you install Sysmetrix files?

I am brand new to Windows blinds and wondering how you install sysmetrix files? I cant seem to get them to work and not sure what Stardock program to use to manage them. Thanks!

GO to the tab at the top of the homepage called software. On the page that opens you will find Sysmetrix site, Download it and install it and open it. Then any skins you have you can just load through it and then apply with the interface.
