I don't know how can install a logon in my computer. Can someone help me?

Hello, i downloaded a logon, but i don't know how i need do to install it in my computer.
If someone know how i need do, please, tell me

Install logon studio first: https://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/downloads.asp
Doubleclick the logon theme file and it should launch Logon Studio and let you choose what logon you want to use.
If you downloaded a .zip file you have to extract the content first.
