I'm trying to change my Scanner icon is My Computer... It's not in Icon Packager or Shell32.dll, I also checked the Camera and Scanner Wizard file and got nothing... Can anyone help?

Download an icon from WC. I like thins one: https://www.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SID=1&SkinID=495&LibID=39
Unzip it. Right click on your scanner icon, choose properties. Go to the Icon tab, drag and drop (or browse to) the icon to the tab.
Check the box to only use the icon for this file.
Should be done
In IconPackager, click on the Icons and Cursors button on the left.
Click on the Folders catagory at the top.
Right-click the Scanner & Cameras icon.
Choose Change Icon.
Browse to the icon and you are done
Select the Scanner and camera
