Look Ma', no hands...no really...No hands

I've run into this once or twice and never followed up on it, but occasionally, I download a clock and when I load it, there are no hands. Is there a plug in or special way to install these? Or am I just missing something?

Have you cleared the cache?
Open up DX builder and see if the hands are there . . . just seperated from the clock face. Edit the X Y to bring them back in.
