OB won't load at startup

I am having the problem that OB will not load at startup--even with that option checked in the theme manager. I saw a similar post under google groups; they attributed the problem to the fact that zone alarm (which I also run) does not want anything loading before it. There is good reason for my firewall/antivirus to be the first thing to load, so I was wandering if this is something stardock could address on their end?
