RightClick Skintool crashing

RightClick Skin Editor not working! I've installed, uninstalled and reinstalled twice, 3 times etc. No way to get it working:
"Skintool has encountered a problem and needs to close." Please help me cause I love this tool!!! Ok?

Do you have the .NET Framework 2.0 runtimes installed. The readme.txt states that it's a requirement.

I have the same problem, and if memory serves, it occurred at the time that I installed the final (as opposed to the public beta) of .NET Framework 2.0

Yes, I do, the final version.
Edit: And I have the 1.1 version too 'cause ATI Control Center needs it. Should it be a problem?
