Superb. Scrollbars are the best I have seen in awhile. One tiny thing but I think you must prefer it that way is the windows when maximized dont fit tight to the top of the screen. It doesn't take away from anything though. Way to go Ross.

You're right about the top border. That's a personal preference that I like because I use the taskbar at the top of the screen.
Also, if you set the caption height to 22 pixels or below, it would always change the icon size in the taskbar and tray to where they were to small. Or atleast it does for me when I work on them. That's the main reason for the space at the top. Thanks.

Z71, I'm not sure if it's my PC acting wonky or something, but I swear I see a VERY slight misalignment on the top "cap" of the vertical scollbar. You might want to compare this with the bottom "cap." Everything else is top-notch stuff. Sorry if it comes off as nit-picky, but it also looks like the "marker" for the scrollbar's centerpoint may be off-kilter by a few pixels.
I can't be sure if any of it's intentional, but I CAN be sure I like this skin very much!
