[NS13}Stinger, open your PASSION folder that's in the Window Blinds directory...you'll find 2 different Passion.wba files in there, Pssions Sunrise and Passion Moonglow. Double-click on each, and voila! Skins installed!

Can't get this skin to install. wbload.exe closes down. Looks great though! Hopefully there'll be a fix so I can use it.
