Do you mean, how do I make it move? Well, it should move on it's own. Are you using the Xion player to display this skin?

You can't use this as a wallpaper, It's a skin for a music player, and it can only be used as that.
Sorry......
(Although, If you are good with Photoshop, you could extract the animation from the .psd file and use it for something else, but I don't know how to animate a wallpaper, except with DesktopX)
