Actually, this looks to be a recreation of the concept GUI for OS4 from back in 1996 from an Amiga enthusiast. It created quite a stir and led to some icon sets for the Amigas of the time. This was way before Amiga INC bought the rights and commissioned the creation of OS3.5, 3.9 and the official 4.0 (which hasn't been released at the time of this writing).

If based on, even if loosely, the Amiga it is a boon. Make more..

Not to brag... but I created the OS4 illustration that this illustration was inspired by...
or... he inpired me.. I actually don't remeber! I was only 15 years old back then....
