Thank you Madcat21 and Jim.
FYI to all -- Yes, I know the rectangular graphic doesn't sit "right" on the taskbar if you have more than 4 items in the SysTray -- I couldn't get that graphic to align with the taskbar when I put it as the expander or part of the SysTray, so it's part of the Taskbar. Limits of SkinStudio.

Wait - I spoke too soon. Found a way to fix the SysTray graphic. Now we will have to wait until it goes through moderation...and a long time since it's now a holiday.

This blind is wonderful. I have been using it for the past day or so, and it is truly a joy to use and recolors nicely for the season. Thank you for your lovely work. Kim

There was a problem at times when a Wb was downloaded with Internet Explorer as it down;paded a zip file. The reason I mentioned this is because you mentioned trying to use the .uis file. If it did download as a zip then download it with any other browser. FF, Opera, Chrome and it will download the .wba file that you just need to double click on to install. I'm just making a guess here and hope that is what your problem is.

Have you tried using WindowBlinds to open the file? Open WindowBlinds, go to Skin Options, choose "Install New" then navigate to where the download is on your computer, and have Windowblinds open the file. Like DaveBax said, some browsers are now rending the .wba file extention as a zip. WindowBlinds will read zip files as .wba files. Please post back and let me know if this solves your problem.
