Looking real nice + for your first this is great - my only gripe is the start button which id say is too close to novum. Apart from that well done!

Actually, I LOVE this one. I see nothing wrong with it really. Nice and simple and dark. Although, the wallpaper you chose for the preview could have been better.

I love it 
Few things though: - Make the toolbar buttons not 'touch' each other by adding a pink line between them (and at the right side of course) - Give the flashy toolbar button some color - Make the 'Log off' and 'Shut down' stuff on the start menu more readable. Very good job though, you've come a lot further than I ever have
