Great work AVMan! 
I even tried out some copy, move, delete to see the animations.
I have a couple small items...
Are the tops of the posts supposed to animate on the start menu?
If you double height your taskbar it tiles vertically instead of stretching.

I like this.. I do have a question does this blind contain a history of TTD like the icon set(s) that were/are out? I am just curious because I have to admit I don't know ANYTHING about TTD..
