About "All Programs" button: can't see the "mouse over gray on the right hand side" too. It's very strange... 
May be the problem is in a different versions of WindowBlinds and SkinStudio that we uses? Or in our computer hardware or OS?

Here's what I think she's talking about:
The rectangular square that shows as you mouseover 'All Programs'. It's immediately covered by the 'All Programs' menu so I had to be quick to catch it.
Or I could be wrong.
